Jonathan Shaw Di-Doi
I graduated with a BA (Hons) in Animation From Westminister University. I worked for Unruly Media for a number of years as a graphic designer before switching to a career in freelance animation and motion graphics.
I balanced my day job with personal creative work, like illustration and 3d character modelling. During my freelance career, I have worked for many Production companies which in turn has led me to work on many exciting projects for a variety of market-leading brands.
My creative approach—no matter the medium—is to explore the intention and story behind any piece of design. I do several iterations on each point and usually end up refining the one I find fits the brief and clients vision the best.
For me expanding my knowledge and experience is something I endeavour to pursue, I am rarely locked down in one style and often enjoy exploring various styles and methods to achieve an end result, whether this is from traditional hand-drawn animation to motion graphics as well as data visualisation and everything in between.
